ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a telemarketer with Jana Lake Agency, you will be calling current and ex customers, updating their records, answering phones and inputting notes into the system.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Calling current customers and scheduling times for them to come in and review their policies.
  • Calling ex-customers to prospect a new quote
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
  • Proactive in problem-solving
